These Terms govern your access to and use of services provided by A Major Pte. Ltd. By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Introduction

Welcome to A Major. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you ("you" or "User") and A Major Pte. Ltd., a company incorporated in Singapore ("A Major", "we", "us", or "our"), and govern your use of our websites, products, and services (collectively, the "Services").

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

3. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep it updated.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Services or related systems.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Services, except where permitted by applicable law.
  • Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any content that infringes the rights of others.
  • Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit the Services without our written consent.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, trademarks, and materials made available through the Services are owned by A Major or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Services ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive licence to host, store, process, and display the User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and for ensuring you have the rights necessary to share it with us.

7. Fees and Payment

Certain features of the Services may require payment. Fees, billing cycles, and refund terms will be disclosed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, all fees are non-refundable and exclusive of applicable taxes.

8. Third-Party Services

The Services may integrate with or link to third-party products, services, or websites. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of such third parties, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A Major and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid by you to us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) SGD 100.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless A Major and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your User Content, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

13. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified through the Services or by email. Your continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
